If you are unsatisfied with the item(s) purchased, they may be returned for a refund of the item purchase price. Buyers are responsible for paying for return shipping, and shipping and handling fees paid to Katiyana's Handmade Collectibles are non-refundable. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the original order.

If you need to cancel a pending order, please contact me as soon as possible, as my items are customized and made-to-order. Once items are completed and have been shipped, orders may not be cancelled, and the refund policy as explained above will apply.

Paypal, Credit Card, Check, or Money Order payments are all accepted. In the case of a refund situation, refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used on the original order.
